AQUARIUM FIRE , DAGGETT STREET

Tuesday, January 1, 2008- At 08:56 Moosup Fire Department was dispatched to kitchen fire on Daggett Street. QVEC advised responding units the calling party has reported the fire to be extinguished. Ladder 194 and ET-194 responded to the scene. Upon arrival units found an aquarium that had caught fire with slight extension into kitchen cabinets. The homeowner used water from the aquarium to extinguish the fire. Units checked for extension and assisted the FMO. Moosup FD cleared the scene at 09:30.
